Small Business Grant Giveaway Application and Rules

We are accepting the first 100 applicants. Application date begins June 12, 2022, and close June 26, 2022.

• Applicant must be owning and operating their small business for a year or longer-with proof.

• Applicant must live in Chicagoland /Suburbs or Northwest Indiana area.

• Winner will be chosen and notified Aug 1, 2022 – funds will be distributed via Zelle or check.

• Winner will be posted to our website.

• Winner must share and post our tag for at least a week on Instagram and Facebook.

• Winner must provide a small bio and approved picture.

• Relatives of Love2Live board members should not enter and will not be chosen.

• Members of Ladies of Integrity should not enter and will not be chosen.

By filling out the information above, you are aware and understand that this is a small business grant giveaway, and a winner will be chosen by the board members of Love2Live nonprofit.  You agree to follow the rules and regulations of Love2Live not for profit organization to participate. You are aware that pictures and video will be taken during these events and are the property of Love2Live.  Photography or videos will be used only for the sole purposes of press release and advertising by Love2Live not for profit organization. You release Love2Live of all liabilities associated with participating.  You are responsible for all fees associated with filing any legal claims against Love2Live.
